Content on the Site is provided for general information about Obsidian Builders, Inc. and its services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, bid, estimate or contract. Any construction work is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Licensing
Obsidian Builders, Inc.'s California contractor license application is pending. Contract work will be performed in accordance with California licensing requirements.
Images
Some images on the Site, including the opening film, are illustrative renderings intended to convey design intent and are not photographs of completed Obsidian Builders projects. Photographs of completed work are shared on our Instagram, @obsidian_builders_sf.
Intellectual property
The Obsidian Builders name, logo, text and design of the Site are owned by Obsidian Builders, Inc. and may not be used without written permission.
Submissions
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsidian Builders, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
